Flatbread Pizza Margarita
I don’t know what I enjoy more, photographing Italian food or eating it. But, when you get to do both – it’s a good day…a really good day. This week I shot for Emilio’s, an Italian Restaurant/Pizzeria in Manchester, NJ. Starting at 7am,
I really didn’t have a chance to eat much. I did however taste the flatbread pizza margarita. 
WOW. That was the best pizza I ever had. I can’t wait for all of these new recipes to be on the menu. Even though it’s a shlep from my house, I am definitely bringing my wife back here for dinner. Thank you Tony!

I was a science teacher for 31 years. During that time I photographed wedding and Bar Mitzvahs for about 15 years but that was in the days before digital. Being a teacher, I had my summers free so I assisted food and commercial still life photographers in NYC for 3 summers and fell in love with it. Having a wife and a mortgage, it was not practical to give up a job in teaching and go into photography so I put off my dream of becoming a food photographer until I retired from teaching.
